SPYLAND IN CALAIS

Calais was selected based on its catchment population within 2hour travel time in France and in Belgium amid a logistic network of motorways, train, ferries and airports. Spyland in Calais will benefit from the surrounding attractions such as the “Musée de la dentelle”, the “Cote d’Opale” beaches, the historical city, the harbor and several historical sight seeing sites. Environment preservation is a priority concern, both during construction and during exploitation of the complex, with the thousands of jobs to be created. Project adaptation and assessment in Calais will be carried out to ascertain its economic viability, in the light of the proposed development of the tourist amusement area within the respect of water consumption and a close protection of the environment.
